East Bay Livin is an editorial guide to Alameda County and Contra Costa County. It does not display live MLS listings, and it does not quote sale statistics that have not been verified.

Commutes, tolls, transit, park rules, and event dates change. The Bay Bridge path, BART lines, and ferry routes are described as they generally work. Confirm the current version before you rely on it.

Example events are labeled Example. They are not invitations to a real date.

Town descriptions are opinionated and incomplete on purpose. A city page is a way to start looking, not a report on any particular house, school, or street.
